Quarantine Prices & Terms
We welcome your quarantine enquiry and will be happy to discuss your requirements and provide a personalised quotation for your pet(s). Prices are calculated on breed, number of pets sharing, accommodation required and length of stay.
Additionally, we have included a list of charges that are applicable on entry into the UK and whilst your pet is in our care.
- Vaccination, parasite treatment and health check on arrival
- We can advise a clearing agent who will take receipt of your
airport / port charges direct - Collection from point of entry
- Extra fees for special diets
- Special grooming, clipping and trimming – depending on breed
- Veterinary treatments, as required
- Disposal of waste
Account Settlement Terms & Conditions
We ask that any additional veterinary charges are settled monthly. Any collection, airport charges and initial veterinary check fees are to be settled within the first three months of the quarantine period.
All outstanding accounts must be settled in full before your pet’s release from quarantine.
Bookings
Bookings are accepted on a Quarantine Booking Form supplied by fax or downloaded by clicking BOOKING FORM
For pets staying with us for 4 months we require 1 month's quarantine fee is required, in advance, to secure your booking. This fee is regarded as your booking fee, which is non returnable in the event of cancellation.
