Collection from Point of Entry
All pets entering quarantine must be transferred from their port of entry to the quarantine kennels by a Defra approved Carrying Agent in an approved vehicle.
Eyersdown are approved Defra Carrying Agents and can act on your behalf. Charges for this service vary according to distance and relevant paperwork.
As a guide, charges from major ports of entry are detailed below:
• London Heathrow (LHR) & Gatwick (LGW) £200
• Portsmouth £100
• Harwich £300
• Collection from UK address (prices on request)
All carrying boxes should be collected from us within the first 2 weeks of quarantine period. Boxes left with us after this period will incur a storage fee of £10 per month.
